Living Yoga is a comprehensive eight week program for developing practical skills and healthy habits that cultivate and enhance wellbeing and happiness. The course will help you establish and sustain daily yoga and meditation practices that fit realistically with your modern life and support your own healthy lifestyle.
A complete presentation of postural, breathing and meditation practices are given over the course. You will have the advice and materials needed to integrate these practices into your daily life. By the end of the program, you will not only have developed your own daily practice but also have a toolkit of health enhancing skills and attitudes to draw upon.
Each class is centred around a theme and offers both theory and practice relating to these themes as well as the weekly postural, breathing and meditation practices. The weekly themes are:

2: Digestion & Sleep
3: Non-Seeking Mind
4: Perception & Attitude
5: Gratitude & Happiness
6: Emotional Balance
7: Personal Unfolding
8: Student Determined Theme
Home practice is an essential component of the course and assists in the integration of healthy habits. There will be an opportunity for discussion and feedback each week. The course is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
